Lisa Peskin has more than 20 years experience in sales performance and management. Throughout her career, she has developed an award-winning reputation as a motivational and results-oriented sales professional. Under her engaging leadership, Lisa helps firms to staff and cultivate top performers in a dynamic team-selling environment.
Through sales training, just-in-time support and succession planning, her programs center on cultivating talent and demonstrating the ROI impact that sales can have on a company's bottom line. This approach has earned her Team of the Year, Region of the Year and nine President's Club awards within the companies she has worked. And most recently as Vice President of Sales for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Lisa was instrumental in developing and coaching many of the company's strongest leaders.
Lisa is an excellent facilitator and customizes her sales curricula to the goals of the organization, dynamics of the sales team and caliber of the individuals in the program. Her energy and enthusiasm guarantee training that is fun, interactive and effective. She has created multiple sales, marketing and management programs that have helped to streamline and re-engineer corporate processes while bolstering sales.
Lisa received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Marketing from Temple University. Lisa resides in upper Dublin, PA and is married with two children.
